Murphy, a specialist engineering and construction company, is seeking an experienced Training Administrator to join their team.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing training records, booking courses, and handling accounts payable.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate training activities, including scheduling and logistics.
- Develop and maintain accurate training records, including participant data and course schedules.
- Communicate effectively with participants, suppliers, and managers to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable in accordance with established procedures.
- Demonstrated experience as a Training Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Sharepoint.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
