Housekeeping Professional Wanted

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Assistant.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in all areas at all times. This includes but is not limited to:

  1. Maintaining a clean and organized environment, including resident rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
  2. Assisting in the laundry department, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing laundry.
  3. Providing exceptional service to all clients and visitors, including responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner.
  4. Having an understanding of the usage, safety, and hazards of all cleaning products.
  5. Recording keeping and adhering to specifications, standards, and procedures while at work.
  6. Carrying out any reasonable requests by management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all areas.
  • Laundry Assistance: Assist in the laundry department with tasks such as sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all clients and visitors, including responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Cleaning Product Safety: Have an understanding of the usage, safety, and hazards of all cleaning products.
  • Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of work completed and adhere to specifications, standards, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Diligence and Meticulousness: Demonstrated ability to maintain attention to detail and perform tasks efficiently.
  • Cleaning and Laundry Experience: Previous experience in cleaning and laundry is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
