About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end procurement, inventory management, and supplier negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and purchase goods and services from suppliers while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.\
  • Manage reorder processes for inventory stock to ensure seamless operations.\
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness.\
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure best value for cost, quality, and delivery terms.\
  • Monitor supplier performance and contribute to supplier reviews.\
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align purchasing needs with business requirements.\

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.\
  • Possession of a qualification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, IIPMM) is preferred.\
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent organisational skills.\
