Seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee vendor and distributor relationships, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:- Lead vendor management teams, managing the full lifecycle of contracts from initiation to termination.
- Collaborate with internal teams for cross-functional partnerships, ensuring contract strategies align with business objectives.
- Develop digital dashboards to visualize contract insights, monitor vendor performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Escalate contract compliance issues, coordinate resolution with internal teams, and proactively manage risks associated with vendor engagements.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather feedback, drive accountability, and enhance contract management practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of contract structures, performance metrics, and regulatory requirements in distribution or logistics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
