Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Technical Infrastructure organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing contract strategies across various stakeholder groups.
Your responsibilities will include leading discussions and execution of construction agreements, overseeing the contract administration program, and supporting key contractual requirements for delivery teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership and influencing skills, as well as experience working with contractors and general contractors in an infrastructure environment.
You should have experience with construction management and digital contract management programs for data centers, as well as various contract management software platforms.
