Key HR Professional Needed to Oversee French Operations
">We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented professional to manage our French-based employees in Dublin, Ireland.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled individual to support the day-to-day management of approximately 600 French-based employees, dealing with a broad range of HR issues and administration.
Responsibilities- Manage the entire HR process for French-based employees, including payroll administration, disciplinary hearings, and legal case preparation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HR databases.
- Provide regular reports to the HR Manager on all HR issues in your area.
- Assist with employee relations, union queries, and contract administration.
- Prepare for legal cases and travel to France to meet with employees, attend interviews, and negotiate employment matters.
- Perform other duties as required.
- A degree or master's in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field.
- Fluent English and French language skills (both written and verbal).
- Ideal experience: 1 year in HR dealing with French-based employees and/or French labor law.
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
