Senior HR Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior HR Specialist to join our team in a dynamic working environment. As the face of our human resources department, you will be responsible for supporting a large number of professionals across various locations.

About the Job

The Senior HR Specialist will deal with a broad range of human resources issues and administration, including legal cases, contract drafting, and employee relations matters. You will work closely with management at all levels to provide advice and support on HR-related matters.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire human resources function for a large number of employees.
  • Monitor employee absence and turnover trends, and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Liaise with management to provide support and advice on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resources databases and systems.
  • Prepare weekly reports for senior management on HR issues.
  • Work on ad hoc projects as required.
  • Travel to various locations to meet with employees and attend interviews.
Requirements
  • A degree in human resources or a related field is essential.
  • Ability to work in a pressurized and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
