Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our client's medical team.

 

  • Transcribe medical documents with speed and precision
  • Provide front-line reception service, managing telephone inquiries from the public, service users, and healthcare professionals
  • Schedule appointments and manage clinic bookings
  • Process, correct, and validate data to maintain accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain manual and computerised filing systems, ensuring records are securely stored and easily retrievable
