Medical Office Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Medical Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our medical business.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with patient administration, scheduling appointments and clinics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills across phone and in-person interactions.
  • Answer calls, screen and redirect as necessary.
  • Support managers with various administrative tasks.
  • Maintain general office duties including filing, paperwork and supply management.
  • Carry out additional duties as required.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience in a medical or healthcare-related background.
  • Proficiency in IT software including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
