Main Objectives- To identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the US market.
- To develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and business expansion.
- To build strong relationships with prospects and clients, utilizing Solution Sales & MEDDIC methodologies.
- To work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and process efficiency.
- To negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that meet the needs of both parties.
- To consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a rapidly changing environment.
- 2-4 years of experience as an outbound Account Executive.
- At least 1 year of experience in BDR/SDR roles.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets as an individual contributor.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup/scale-up context.
- A strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A results-driven approach with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
- The capacity to work independently and take initiative.
- Familiarity with Solution Selling and/or MEDDICC methodologies is desirable.
Backgrounds in financial services, fintech, and business-to-business sectors are highly regarded.
