About the Role

  • To deliver monthly, quarterly and annual net sales/margin/profit targets by developing, aligning & implementing commercial plans aligned to customer strategy and the wider Irish Market working alongside UK Retail Marketing and CD Team leads.
  • Remain fully connected & aligned with Colgate UK to ensure full understanding of Irish market trends and implications for customer vs competitions.
  • Be a full member of the UK & Ireland Customer development Team, attend meetings when appropriate.
  • Undertake appropriate analytics to understand Ireland performance and vital course correction plans working with Category Manager to analyse Colgate and competitor promotional plan.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver key account management through effective communication with retailers, identifying areas for improvement, resolving issues, and capitalizing on opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior retail stakeholders, building credibility, and influencing strategic decisions that drive business growth.
  • Lead the planning/keystroke of customer plans into the SAP system, to include volume and pricing conditions for all baseline and promotional events to meet the Monthly Subject area timelines.
  • Analyse Colgate and competitor promotional activity using all relevant data sources and make recommendations to drive continuous improvement to CP plan.
