Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to lead our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting out and checking works as required for the project, ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.
  • Scheduling the different stages of construction.
  • Liaising and managing sub-contractors and personnel on site in the planning and construction of the project.
  • Supporting the Project Manager/Contracts Manager to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
  • Driving and motivating team members to increase productivity and ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Managing a team of engineers to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
  • Supervising works and checking the quality of works to ensure they are of a high standard.
