We're seeking a highly skilled Bid Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in proposal leadership, collaboration, and performance tracking.

About the Role

The Bid Coordinator will work closely with Corporate Sales Managers to define our Win Strategy and deliver high-quality proposals. This involves partnering with subject matter experts from various teams to develop compelling messaging for our product and service proposition.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Proposal/Bid Manager role and possess excellent project management skills. They should also have strong attention to detail and be self-motivated and adaptable.

Responsibilities
  • Proposal Leadership: Define and execute our Win Strategy in partnership with Corporate Sales Managers.
  • Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts to develop engaging proposal responses that meet customers' needs and industry standards.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze key proposal metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a Proposal/Bid Manager role.
  • Excellent project management skills, including leading multiple teams on simultaneous proposal response efforts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to operate under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable with the ability to shift priorities as needed.
  • Skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders across teams.
