Production Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Production Supervisor to lead our core team in Cork. In this dynamic role, you will oversee the production process and drive excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to achieve targets and key performance indicators
  • Establish weekly objectives for the shift team
  • Maintain exceptional product quality, integrity, and hygiene standards
  • Monitor and control costs effectively
  • Ensure safe working practices among the team, contractors, and visitors

You will collaborate closely with Quality Assurance & Control, logistics, technical, and maintenance teams to improve product quality and process efficiency. Additionally, you will interface with Human Resources regarding employee performance and development.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a management/supervisory role in the manufacturing industry
  • A third-level qualification in a related field is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required
  • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
