General Manager Position


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee all aspects of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in senior management, preferably in the Leisure/Hospitality/Catering sector.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall leadership and direction of our team, ensuring high standards of customer service and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales revenue and improve profitability.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering results.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to achieve business targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Significant solid 5 years' experience at senior management level or above in a large organisation.
  • Proven track record of people management, training, and development.
  • Full accountability and responsibility for business or sales targets/KPIs.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Approachable and enthusiastic manner, with a can-do attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products – Outlook, Excel & Word.
