Job Summary
As a Client Focused Project Manager at Openmind Networks, you will play a key role in driving the success of our projects. Your exceptional client-facing skills will be essential in engaging with customers, managing expectations, and securing project satisfaction.

As a seasoned project manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your expertise in project financial management will be crucial for accurately planning, forecasting, and achieving project financial objectives.

Engage with customers continuously, survey their feedback on the project implementation, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Proactively align on project status, risks, and deliverables through effective customer engagement and governance.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. You will work cross-functionally with Account Managers and pre-sales consultants to ensure the projects are scoped correctly and manage all stages of the project lifecycle through a PMI/Prince 2 methodology.
  2. Drive the entire project, ensuring all milestones are achieved, and maintain robust financial controls to ensure projects stay within budget.
  3. Proven leadership in projects with excellent team working skills and accountability.
  4. Experienced in resource planning and budget management.
  5. Passionate and positive person, who takes accountability and pride in their work.

Requirements:
  • Strong track record of success in ICT project management or experience in telecommunications projects is a plus.
  • PMI or PRINCE 2 certified, with a background in building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers in the IT/DevOps or Telecommunications area.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to understand a broad range of business and technical challenges.
