The Panel is looking for an experienced Customer Experience Manager to oversee client onboarding, manage key accounts, and drive process improvements. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Onboard new clients and manage a portfolio of existing accounts.
  • Work closely with Clinical Leads and Business Operations to meet or exceed service delivery expectations.
  • Drive process improvements and analyze data to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead business review meetings with clients to provide actionable recommendations and insights.
  • Address client concerns and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in Customer Success and Project Management.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project is a plus.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Lean Six Sigma certification can be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and influencing skills.
