Job Title: Revenue Optimization Manager

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Revenue Optimization Manager to join our dynamic organization. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and optimizing revenue strategies across our hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Manage daily revenue operations, including yield analysis, pricing, and distribution strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on revenue performance and market trends.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to develop and implement revenue management plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in revenue management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with hotel teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel regularly to visit hotels and collaborate with teams.
  • Knowledge of revenue management systems and tools, including CRS and RMS.
