We are seeking a skilled Sustainable Future Developer to join our Building Pre-Construction department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed programmes for tenders, utilizing MS Project & Primavera Software or Asta Powerproject.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate programmes for tender submissions identifying key milestones and critical path.
  • Break down project scope into logical work sequences liaising with design teams consultants and internal stakeholders to develop coordinated programmes.
  • Identify and communicate potential risks constraints and opportunities through scenario modelling.
  • Maintain accurate programme records in line with QA procedures.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a planning role in the building construction industry with strong understanding of construction methodologies sequencing and lead times.
  • Experience in developing tender programmes and producing clear concise planning narratives and reports.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and manage programme risks.
