">You will work closely with our Pre-construction team to develop cost estimates at various stages of scheme development, scope definition, and design maturity. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering high-quality proposals that meet challenging timescales.
">In this exciting opportunity, you will contribute to optioneering and feasibility assessments, value engineering proposals, and liaise with bid and project teams to develop and refine proposals and budget costs. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients, designers, and other consultants will be crucial in ensuring seamless collaboration.
">We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record in estimating civil engineering projects. You should have a minimum Level 8 Honours Bachelor Degree or equivalent level, as well as considerable variety in types of work and disciplines priced. A demonstrable understanding of common forms of contract and methods of measurement used in the Irish market is essential.
">The ideal candidate will possess leadership and management skills, with experience of managing a team to achieve deadlines. Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills are also required, along with excellent client-facing and supply chain facing skills.
