About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Expert to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our project execution team, you will be responsible for refining BIM tools, creating Revit families, updating libraries and templates, and developing specific BIM processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ISO 19650 and strong BIM excellence and competency. This role will primarily be office-based, but opportunities to work across offices within the group may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise the quality and strength of the BIM knowledge across the group by mentoring BIM to all staff levels.
  • Work across a diverse portfolio of projects, including Data Centres, Education, Residential, Workplace, and Hospitality/Retail sectors.
  • Support project execution teams across various project stages, from initial design to completion.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ISO 19650 Experience
  • Strong BIM excellence and competency
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
