About the Role

This Sales Development Senior Manager position plays a critical role in driving business growth and expansion for Oracle in Ireland. As part of our demand generation team, you will work closely with marketing, internal sales, and Business Development Teams to build and nurture relationships with key business accounts.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of SaaS Sales Development Representatives (SDR's) to contact and qualify business accounts, achieving demand generation targets through Inbound Marketing source leads (MQL's) and outbound targeted campaign execution.
  • Improve the customer experience within Oracle by establishing and aligning with various cross-functional senior management relationships.
  • Recruit and develop world-class Sales Development Representatives to provide an exceptional talent pool for career progression within Oracle.
  • Invest in Sales Development Representatives and Team Leaders to enable them to grow professionally.
  • Build strong business relationships with stakeholders to deliver company goals, vision, and strategy.
  • Set individual targets, conduct regular coaching and performance appraisals, and manage related performance issues.
  • Own the headcount process for your region, planning resources to maximise lead qualification and career progression.
  • Report regularly on lead qualification performance, providing statistics on leads quality and realised and forecast revenue.
  • Drive the use of various channels, including social media, internet, web-based tools, and outbound calling, while ensuring compliance with Oracle tools usage and processes.
  • Implement programmatic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
