Key Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Third-level qualification (BA/BS degree or equivalent), demonstrating academic achievement and discipline.
  • Desirable: Experience within the Pharmaceutical / Medical device industry, highlighting industry-specific knowledge and skills.
  • Essential: Proven sales experience, track record of over-achieving quota, and experience working with CRM packages.
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and self-motivation are also required.
