Job Description

The Client Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating seamless interactions between clients and staff. This dynamic position requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong planning abilities, and a high level of motivation.

Responsibilities include coordinating the placement of staff with clients across various sectors, ensuring all bookings are accurately recorded on the system. Additionally, filling open shifts in a timely manner, effectively communicating with staff and clients to meet their needs is crucial.

Maintaining regular contact with clients to discuss their requirements, provide feedback, and address any concerns is also a key responsibility. Furthermore, addressing employee queries efficiently, providing prompt resolutions to ensure client satisfaction is essential.

In this role, you will work closely with payroll to resolve queries directly from staff, delivering outcomes in a timely manner. You will also liaise with Compliance and Training Departments to ensure ongoing mandatory training requirements are met and compliance documentation is up-to-date.

Finally, collaborating with Business Development Managers to gather feedback and assist with staff and client planning is vital to the success of this position.
