Client Services Coordinator


Duties

The Client Services Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Placing staff with clients across the healthcare temporary staffing division and recording all bookings on our system.
  • Filling open shifts in a timely manner and coordinating with staff and clients effectively.
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients to supply feedback on their requirements and checking for any additional needs.
  • Resolving employee queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensuring all staff are compliant with company standards before placement with a client.
  • Verifying that all staff adhere to timesheet policy and procedural guidelines for payroll efficiency.
  • Handling payroll enquiries directly from staff, liaising with payroll, and delivering query outcomes to staff.
  • Working closely with Compliance and Training Departments to ensure mandatory training is fulfilled and compliance documentation is up-to-date.
  • Collaborating with the Business Development Manager to provide feedback and assist with staff and client planning.
  • Utilizing internal systems to full capacity and logging all client and temp interactions accurately.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • The ability to listen and guide staff efficiently.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Effective prioritisation and target-driven work ethic.
  • High motivation and pride in your work, essential for success in this role.
  • Cultivating relationships with existing clients and building new ones.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
