This role offers the ideal candidate an exciting opportunity to be a key member of our team, responsible for recruiting staff for Homecare placements.
We are seeking an outgoing, personable and problem-solving individual with a positive attitude who can effectively match candidates with client requirements.
This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who enjoys a challenge and working collaboratively to achieve optimum results and high-quality staffing solutions.
The role involves hybrid working and the potential candidate must be based near one of our offices in Ireland.
Duties and Responsibilities- Matching candidates with client requirements under the direction of the Team Lead.
- Cultivating and building relations with candidates through open, friendly, and communicative relationships.
- Sourcing and planning community engagements and other in-person recruitment opportunities within the community.
- Liaising closely with the Team Lead and stakeholders during the recruitment process.
- Ensuring all candidates meet company standards by complying with the recruitment procedure and process.
- Conducting in-person and virtual interviews with potential candidates.
- Responsible for uploading candidate application details onto a customised CRM system.
- Conducting phone and written reference checks for potential candidates.
- Obtaining candidate bank details securely via our dedicated system.
- Organising the distribution of candidate ID badges and uniforms.
- Contributing to quality improvement initiatives through feedback, ideas, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a previous recruitment capacity.
- Fully proficient in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
- Strong written and oral communication, and proficiency in the English language.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
