
Residential Youth Care Specialist

This role involves working with teenagers exhibiting challenging behaviour, supporting their educational activities and providing responsive residential care aligned with a specific model.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Behaviour Support Plans and Placement Plans for each young person.
- Support young people with educational activities at home and in school.
- Deliver residential care that is responsive to the individual needs of each young person.
- Maintain accurate daily records and communicate with parents and professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant field that meets the criteria to be registered as a Social Care Worker with CORU.
- A full manual driving license valid in Ireland.
- Experience working with teenagers exhibiting challenging behaviour.
- The right to live and work in Ireland.
