Lead AD & SB Review Engineer

Ryanair is seeking a Lead AD and SB Review Engineer to join its Technical Services department in Dublin, Ireland.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and expansion of Europe's largest airline group, aiming to operate 800 aircraft and serve 300 million guests within the next decade.

  • Identify AD and SB requirements applicable to the group fleet.
  • Oversight the AD implementation process, from initial review to Chief Engineer sign-off and embodiment compliance.
  • Support the AD & SB Review Manager by leading a team of AD & SB engineers and their responsibilities.
  • Draft and update AD and SB-related handbooks and CAME procedures.
  • Chair monthly and quarterly group AD Committee Meetings with senior management.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within an airline.
  • A strong familiarity with Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and other service information provided by OEMs.
  • Technical knowledge of the Boeing 737NG and Airbus A320 is an advantage.
  • Understanding of EASA Part M, Part CAMO, and Part 145 rules.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with management both internally and externally.
  • Leadership attributes to engage and motivate the team through day-to-day activities.
