
Airworthiness Compliance Specialist

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the continued compliance with Airworthiness Directives (AD) and Service Bulletins (SB).
- Ensure ongoing compliance with AD and SB requirements for the fleet.
- Identify applicable AD and SB requirements.
- Oversight of the AD implementation process from initial review to sign-off and embodiment compliance.
- Lead a team of engineers in their responsibilities related to AD and SB.
- Draft and update handbooks and procedures regarding AD and SB.
- Chair group AD Committee Meetings with senior management.
- Act as deputy for all AD and SB related matters when required.
- Creation and delivery of technical reports and presentations regarding AD and SB compliance.
- Management of ad-hoc projects assigned by the manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Relevant engineering qualification or aircraft maintenance technician qualification.
- Minimum 2 years' experience within a similar role in an airline.
- A strong familiarity with AD, SB, and OEM's service information.
- Technical knowledge of the Boeing 737NG and Airbus A320 is advantageous.
- Understanding of EASA Part M, Part CAMO, and Part 145 rules.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with management both internally and externally.
- Leadership attributes to keep the team engaged and lead through day-to-day activities.
