This is an exciting sales opportunity in our personal lines division, where the successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth.

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team, focusing on generating new business opportunities in personal lines insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. To overcome objections and close sales, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  2. To chase leads provided by the marketing team to identify potential clients and convert them into sales.
  3. To update customer information accurately in line with GDPR guidelines and compliance requirements.
  4. To issue motor, home, and van insurance quotes on both inbound and outbound basis, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  5. To handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  6. To cross-sell insurance products to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
  7. To set up client accounts, ensure relevant documentation is accurate, and maintain customer records up-to-date.
  8. To notice changes in customer details and update the system accordingly.
  9. To report rate increases to the team leader/manager on a monthly basis and provide valuable customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • CIP, APA Personal General or grandfathered qualification.
  • At least 2 years of insurance experience, preferably in a brokerage setting.
  • A clear focus on sales and a strong desire to build a career in this area.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and meeting customer expectations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
