Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our organisation. This is a rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of adults with intellectual disabilities.

The successful candidate will lead the HR function, providing guidance to management and staff, manage employee relations, oversee performance management, training, and staff development, ensure compliance with employment legislation and maintain accurate HR records.

This position requires strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice, as well as excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. A third-level qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field is essential. Minimum 3 years' HR experience, including 2 years in a management role, is also required.
