As a Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our company meets the highest regulatory standards.

  • Support the Head of Compliance in day-to-day activities.
  • Prepare regular compliance reports for management and the Board, and assist with regulatory reporting.
  • Maintain the Errors Log, working with internal and external stakeholders to keep it up to date.
  • Review monthly reports from service providers and complete report trackers and checklists.
  • Attend meetings with service providers and internal teams, preparing and circulating meeting notes.
  • Review and reconcile investment and borrowing breaches logs.
  • Act as the Administrator for the Central Bank's online portal—manage user permissions and resolve queries.
  • Respond to internal compliance queries and help tailor solutions to business needs.
  • Maintain the regulatory reporting calendar and coordinate timely submissions.
  • Update and maintain compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in the Funds Industry, preferably in a management company.
  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of the general regulatory environment for funds and asset managers in Ireland.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong communication skills including written/oral.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow as both the business and the regulatory landscape evolve.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, energetic attitude.
