Wedding & Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Wedding & Events Coordinator to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing wedding inquiries and bookings in an efficient manner.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of bespoke events and itineraries for guests and clients.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and respond to feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility with work hours and ability to work under pressure.
