Business Operations Manager Job Description

This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the efficient running of our office operations, supporting management team, office staff and field engineers to ensure seamless communication, organization, and service delivery aligned with our mission and strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of office staff and field engineers to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Oversee office operations, including facilities management, procurement of supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency across projects and service delivery
  • Develop and implement recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous staff development strategies
  • Ensure adherence to ISO standards, Health & Safety regulations, and internal company policies
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on marketing initiatives and brand presence
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to long-term strategic planning

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business or operations management (7 years required)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and accounting/payroll software
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional responsibilities
  • Understanding of ISO standards and Health & Safety compliance

Desirable qualifications include experience within the forecourt, energy, or engineering sectors.
