Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Graduate to play a key role in our logistics operations. As a vital member of the logistics team, you will work closely with transport operations staff to deliver efficient services to internal and external customers.

  • Collaborate with the transport operations team to identify process improvements and drive efficiencies for stakeholders.
  • Develop innovative ideas and solutions to enhance daily operations and contribute to business growth.
  • Support the management and delivery of strategic priority projects for the Logistics team and lead improvement initiatives from start to finish.
  • Work as a member of the wider logistics team, undertaking delegated tasks and responsibilities in line with emerging needs and operational requirements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A high academic record with a minimum of a 2.2 honors degree.
  • A proven self-starter with drive and desire to succeed.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
