Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role within a fast-paced hotel setting.
  • Proficiency with Front Office systems such as Opera (desired).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team-based environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
