We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the growth and success of our client base.
- Broaden and deepen relationships with key executives and champions within each account.
- Develop and execute customized strategies to deliver positive outcomes for clients.
- Ensure clients understand the value delivered by leveraging business goals and objectives.
- Foster strong understanding of best practices for retaining and growing accounts while mitigating risk.
- Craft and implement account strategies for emerging accounts in collaboration with Sales teams.
- Build trust and create meaningful connections among clients, executives, and champions.
- Identify and forecast opportunities for growth and risk within portfolio.
- Prioritize product improvements or new products by staying up-to-date on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience in account management, preferably in SaaS environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
- Deep understanding of drivers in recurring revenue business models.
- Innovative approach, persuasion, creativity, and genuine curiosity about clients' businesses.
