Job Description:- This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for developing and growing your area, driving both consumer choice and activated takeaway restaurants to maximise Just Eat orders.
- You will act as a trusted advisor to our partners in your territory, educating them on how to provide the best possible customer service and experience to their customers.
As a Field Account Executive, you will play an integral role in the onboarding process of all new signings, ensuring that all new restaurants are visited within 14 days of going online and are optimised for success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maximising the potential of existing takeaway restaurants through building significant and mutually beneficial commercial relationships.
- Educating Restaurant Partners to provide the best possible customer service and experience to their JET consumers.
- Playing an integral role in the onboarding process of all new signings, ensuring that all new restaurants are visited within 14 days of going online and are optimised for success.
- Prioritising order growth, via activated restaurants, as the measure of success and mentoring Restaurant Partners on the vital steps to achieve this in their business.
