We are hiring a Business Growth Specialist to drive our sales efforts in Ireland. As the Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing our presence in the Irish market, acquiring new clients, and laying the groundwork for a successful sales team.
About the Role:
In this role, you will start from an existing list of prospects and build long-term relationships with installation companies nationwide. You will also actively search for new business opportunities and work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
You will prepare quotes, negotiate prices, and close deals, as well as collaborate with colleagues to find the best solutions for customers. Your reporting skills are also essential, as you will need to report sales activities and progress to the General Manager and Sales Manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of sales principles and be able to apply them effectively. You should also be a self-starter, highly motivated, and ambitious, with a proven track record of success in sales.
Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, is also essential, as is being results-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
