Project Execution Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Project Execution Manager to support the delivery of various projects across different disciplines. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in project execution, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with our company's policies, regulations, and codes while maintaining a strong focus on safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Accountable for meeting key project deliverables, including equipment management and turnover management across projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, EHS, Procurement, and Facilities, to ensure alignment and support project deliverables.
- Plan and schedule complex projects using planning tools, ensuring timely completion and coordination of parallel activities.
- Identify and categorize project risks according to impact on scope, budget, and schedule, generating action plans to mitigate these risks.
- Manage the operational readiness phase of each building to ensure on-time handover of operations to end-users.
- Present progress reports to stakeholders as required, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, EHS, and CQV teams to support handover of buildings and complete project close-out as per our Stage Gate process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with safety and permitting requirements for all on-site activities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Process Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated skills in project life-cycle processes, scheduling, design development, implementation, and project closeout.
- Experience executing and/or managing equipment and process design through construction.
- Proven ability to effectively manage stakeholders and influence others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong MS Office skills (PP, Word, Excel, Project etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.

Desirable Attributes:

- Previous experience managing a cross-functional team to deliver projects.
- Turnover experience preferred but not essential.
