About Us:

We are a leading airport services provider, committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. As an Operations Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of service delivery through effective contract management and performance assurance. Your primary focus will be on contract performance, KPIs, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate contract performance assurance teams to ensure operational standards are consistently measured and reported.
  • Develop and implement audit schedules to track performance and ensure compliance with KPIs and standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and operations teams to ensure consistent delivery of services and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Lead monthly SLA reviews and scorecards with cleaning contractors to drive contract performance and improve overall service delivery.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in airport operations or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of KPI reports, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in audit development and contract coordination is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven individual with high-level relationship skills and ability to develop and strengthen teams.
