Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing reports and dashboards provided by suppliers, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met. They will also attend service reviews and operational calls as a key stakeholder, ensuring that terms of reference are upheld. The ideal candidate will prepare reporting to provide an overview of vendors' performance, distribute reporting to agreed stakeholders on time, and establish and report on continuous service improvement plans in collaboration with vendor service delivery managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analysis of reports and dashboards provided by suppliers.
  • Attendance of service reviews and operational calls as a key stakeholder.
  • Ensuring terms of reference are upheld.
  • Preparation and distribution of reporting to agreed stakeholders.
  • Establishing and reporting on continuous service improvement plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need 3-5 years of experience in service delivery, logical reasoning, oversight of IT controls, experience in regulated industries, time management, communication skills (verbal and presentation), attention to detail, and contract management skills.
