We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting all HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring excellent employee experiences.
This is a unique opportunity to work in an exciting and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our company culture and values.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in recruitment, employee induction, performance management, and employee relations. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Responsibilities:- Support on all aspects of the HR function, including but not limited to; recruitment, employee induction, performance management, and employee relations.
- Lead on recruitment process for indirect groups of employees, supporting with recruitment process for direct employee group as necessary.
- Support and lead on employee induction phase ensuring a positive onboarding experience for all new joiners.
- Drive performance management processes assisting and supporting Line Management / Supervisors where necessary.
- Support on grievance and disciplinary cases to satisfactory resolution.
- Management of all employee benefit programmes with external vendors.
- Management of employee engagement initiatives.
- Reporting of all HR metrics for weekly and monthly management meetings.
- Advise managers on employee relations issues.
- Conduct benchmarking as required.
- Third level qualification in HR or CIPD qualification is essential.
- 4 years experience in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in Irish employment Law- handling grievances an disciplinaries is essential.
- Can do attitude and a keen interest in career progression.
- Experience in a unionised environment an advantage.
