Senior Revenue Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of the revenue management group, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the revenue recognition process to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor financial performance, including revenue, FTE requirements, unbilled position.
  • Deliver all required audit documentation and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure internal financial controls are in place and contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Lead and develop direct reports, as well as wider team members, to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA or similar qualification is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or accounting, ideally within a clinical research or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial reporting requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with financial management systems and tools, with strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage financial teams.
