We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team in Cork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance on day-to-day issues and ensure compliance with relevant procedures and practices.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and lead investigations through scientific problem-solving approaches.
  • Partner with cross-functional groups to implement process improvements and ensure site EHS policy, cGMP, and business regulations are met.
  • Ensure high Quality, Compliance, and Safety standards by participating in Manufacturing Division Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
  • Lead problem-solving teams across IPT areas and close process-related deviations and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and safety.
  • Familiarity with cGMP and other business regulations, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
