Senior F&B Service Manager

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee the efficient and professional operation of the food and beverage team.
Key duties include implementing consistent customer service standards, supervising all aspects of food and beverage delivery, and acting on customer feedback.
Main Accountabilities:- Implement superior customer service through Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure a professional impression to customers and team members.
- Maintain awareness of departmental targets.
- Assist with payroll costs by compiling rotas in line with business levels.
- Control and monitor departmental operating costs in line with business levels.
- Supervise the department to ensure effective operation on a day-to-day basis.
- Comply with statutory and company requirements for Health and Safety, Food Safety, Risk Assessment, Licensing Laws, Disability.
- Maximise opportunities for departmental sales and profit.
Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Essential Requirements:- Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Ability to upsell throughout customer service interactions.
- Professional and courteous manner at all times.
- High standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
