Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key responsibilities include operating the food and beverage service according to standard procedures, ensuring timely setup and maintenance of areas, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness, controlling heating and lighting, and providing efficient and friendly service at all times.

Additional responsibilities include maximizing sales through effective upselling, completing daily SOP checklists, and executing daily and weekly cleaning checklists to ensure high hygiene standards.

Requirements
  • Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property is essential.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills are required.
