Job Overview

The Onsite AV Technician is a vital role that requires excellent customer service skills and technical expertise. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing seamless support to clients, ensuring the smooth operation of collaboration technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience through timely and efficient issue resolution.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of audio-visual equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Conduct regular room checks and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of technology requests and updates within our incident management system.
Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 1-3 years' experience with audio/visual equipment and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Basic understanding of IP networking and A/V signal flows.
