We are seeking a seasoned Chief Risk Officer to lead our organization's risk management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive risk policies and procedures that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Lead the identification, evaluation, mitigation, and reporting of financial, operational, and strategic risks.
- Oversee Solvency and Financial Condition Reports, Regular Supervisory Reports, and Pillar III capital-related reporting.
- Implement a risk-aware culture through training and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to integrate risk management with overall corporate strategy.
- Present risk reports and progress updates to senior management and the board of directors.
- PCF-14 certification or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in risk management within the insurance sector.
- Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive risk policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven stakeholder management to meet the diverse needs of stakeholders while collaborating to resolve complex issues.
