As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assisting customers with their purchases, including handling payments and operating the till system
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety procedures
  • Supporting colleagues with stock replenishment, merchandise displays, and other tasks as required
